Every post on Evan Kristine answers one practical question: what would you actually wear for this day, this weather or this plan? Here is how the posts are made and kept current.
Who writes the posts
Evan Kristine writes and edits every post. I live in the Nordics, where the weather changes constantly and outfits have to work for real schedules and real budgets. That shapes what gets recommended here: layers that work, basics you can repeat and pieces that hold up.
How outfit ideas are put together
- Each outfit is built around a simple formula: one base, one layer, one finishing piece.
- Outfits are ordered by how often you can wear them, not by how dramatic they look.
- Sizing, fit and fabric notes come from the product details, fit reviews and my own experience with similar pieces.
Images
Outfit images on this site are styled illustrations created to show how a formula looks put together, plus Pinterest graphics for saving. They show the idea of the outfit, not a specific product photo. Product boxes show the actual items from the retailer.
Updates and corrections
Seasonal and shopping posts are reviewed before each season. When a product is discontinued, a trend fades or something is wrong, the post is updated and the “Updated” date changes. Spot a mistake? Tell me through the contact form and I will fix it.
Affiliate links
Some links earn a commission. That never decides what goes into an outfit. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
